What we collect
Browsing. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and reliability. These logs are kept for a limited period, normally no longer than 30 days.
The inquiry tool. The contact page builds your inquiry entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us or stored on our servers unless you choose to email it.
Email. If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments. We use them only to reply and, without your name, to improve our guides. We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it.
Local storage. Preference choices may be stored on your device. See our Cookies page.
Legal bases
We rely on legitimate interests for server logs and answering inquiries, and on consent for any non-essential storage. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising profiles.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who host the site and our email, under contracts requiring appropriate safeguards, or where the law requires it.
